If you found an injured bat

Picture
  • For an injured bat, please contact Phoenix Wildlife Center.

  • Bats are negatively affected by light pollution, extreme weather, and glass collisions. In a recent study, it was determined that bats have difficulty echolocating around smooth vertical surfaces (glass walls). Since 2013, Lights Out Baltimore volunteers have rescued 92 bats.
